Attention! I havent written in a while. Thing is, I caught my own Pussy-cat bow (yes that's pussy CAT Lucy, not just pussy!) round the door handle on my way out a couple of weeks ago and was stuck there until a couple of days ago when a kind young man heard my stifled yelps and helped me to untangle myself. You're supposed to call people who stumble on their noveux long scarves a 'Duncan'. 5 points who knows why. I really fancy Martin Kemp. He's got this twinkle in his eye, and I think he's the sort of sharp that might slip you unmarked notes and tell you to buy yourself something pretty. I'd like that. Ooh, guess what, I just WON tickets to that Belle and Sebastian Question and Answer thing, so, if anyones got any super-rude questions you want me to poke in their directions, you know where to put them. My mailbox, that is. I agree with the whole not-talking-about-the-album-yet idea. I got a copy via my Uncle Donny who is in the Secret Service, and I didn't know whether to even listen to it or not, at first.......but then it was on at our chalet party at ATP and if just felt right. But I'm not trying to tease you, honestly. My doll Hannah always waits until things are released because she thinks it's more exciting that way and I bet it is. Why don't we all gossip about other things instead. Apparently the family over the road from me have misplaced their cat, and there's a note in the window of the Sweet shop which I work in telling of a local 'Sick fiend' who is cutting the heads off people's pets. Personally, I think it's my employer Meanie MOY mincing them up (with her teeth, no less) and putting them in the begian chocolates. I only eat rapped things tested by one of the Paperboys, just to be safe. Jenowl, you know when I was driving that car in your dream? What kind of car was it? Sinister: Sitting at the keyboard, wondering what to say first, I finally decide to say...

Hello! (such begins my entrance into this ever-sinister world) Having never had an opportunity to write until now, you must all promise to bear with me if I make a few mistakes...are you promising?...good. I've studied and studied the rules with such zeal as to make my Calculus prof jealous but I may forget one here or there and I do hope that you'll all promptly correct me. I'll describe myself (just a bit so as not to bore) because I always think in pictures (don't you?) and description lends itself most wonderfully to imagination...let's see...I run, I skip, I even prance on occasion, I'm continually in motion, either physically or mentally and hence tend to live in a continual stream of conciousness...I absolutely adore the cozy solitude of umbrellas, and ee cummings, (B&S of course), the smell of spring rain, and that sound of horse hoofs on cobble-stones. Personified, I'd have to be bubblewrap or something else that is completely frivolous yet useful to have around...hmmm...I guess that's all the important stuff. Velocity!- I meant to compliment you on your most wonderful village...can I play a part as well?...Do you have someone to run the health food store? I can be the resident tree-hugger as well if you wish...think of it!...to spend a summer wasting; selling granola, wearing Berkies, and hugging maples...Belle/Sebastian-- are you reading this now? Think of what a wonderful song this village would make- we could become immortal! Sinister: it was sunny when i woke up for school this morning

hello sinister, I think this is gonna be my first big sinister therapy e-mail. I'm sitting here at my computer, it's really nice out side so i feel bad even sitting inside in the first place. All last week i had off of school so it's been extremely difficult getting back into the"swing of things". I had some epiphanies this week off, the first talking to a old friend of mine and the second watching the Godfather. They both deal with the "relationship" i tried to get into and the girl that pretty much broke my heart. So, i've stopped pretending things would work out and realized, she just doesn't feel the same way, and it's not healthy to have a relationship that's not mutual. Anyway..... i just wanted to tell everyone about two great bands that have recently blow my mind. 1) the Microphones - doug of D+, great acoustic songs with innocent childlike singing, as well as some lo-fi noise experimentation. 2) ... and you will know us by the trail of dead. chaotic, loud, emotional terror. bratty and noisy, very good stuff! but i wanted to share some lyrics of one of there songs that is exactly how i feel: if i could make a list of my mistakes and regrets i'd put your name on top and every line after it. because every inch of hope becomes a world of shame i have to walk through each and every day. Anyway, thanks for reading, i can't wait for the box set next tuesday, it should make me feel a lot better. Also, i was wondering if anyone has any live B+S videos , perticularly Black Sessions, that they would be willing to trade?? if you could help me out i'd be extremely apprectiative. I'll be watching you very closely, my dear. I passed my driving test today ("By the skin of your teeth":)) There's just one little problem - I can't drive safely. Anyone got any advice to give me before i kill you? It doesnt help that my mum has a little diddy Fiesta. A vertically-challenged Gnome would struggle to fit in it, so how am i supposed to? Is anyone else listening to crap music but still loving it more than anything? At the moment, Puressence, Khaya, Superstar and Fonda 500 are being over-played. They just sound so different to the other things i'm listening to. I wouldnt even say *different* meant better. Sinister: A january gale was roaring up the channel....

Hewwo! How's everyone in sinisterdale? Don't you just hate people who abuse buses? Buses are BLUDDY GRATE but all the hard kids think it's fabby fun to rip out the lights and throw them out the window, or open the emergency exit and risk everyone on the buses lives. Today we all got thrown off in the middle of nowhere because people did just that. And it was BLUDDY COLD and we all had to walk because none of the other buses would take school children on. But at first we couldn't even get off the bus because we had to wiat for the police to arrive. And all the hard kids were chanting, "Haw, the bus driver's a bawbag" to the tune of that Glory glory hallelujah song, and trying to goad the bus driver on to hit them when he was only doing his job. And he was only a wee young guy, with specs and a nervous twitch, prolly fresh out of bus drivers training school. And it's going to end up the none of the buses will let any kids on the bus ever again. And I love going on the bus, because you can meet lots of interesting people and talk to old ladies who tell you interesting stuff and sometimes give you a sweetie. Yesterday I bought some strawberry jelly to suck in cubes, but one of the hard kids found it when they were going through my bag (why? I don't know, it's not like they were going to find any fags there). Anyway, they're all so much tougher than me, so when I tried to get it back, they pushed me over and ripped my jelly up and stamped it into the carpet. And the teacher wasn't too pleased, not because everyone was ganging up on me (again), but oh no god forbid, the classroom carpet got jelly on it! When will sinister village be ready so that I can come and live in it, because the real world's a moke and it really doesn't like me. Everybody on sinister is being really nice to me at the moment, and it's making me go all red. Today a total of 5 people pointed out that my badge was upside down. And nobody from sinister has come up to me yet. We had to do a talk in history. I did battleships and got a bit over-excited, because ships are BLUDDY GRATE, and now everyone's doing impressions of me in school. Cheerfully now, I'm going all the way into Glasgow tomorrow to get new glasses.
