Personally, David, I'm still bitter at the $75 price tag for this concert, which is why I delayed on voicing my clear and unwaivering support for a Melbun-type pic/pubic. True, I am spoiled to the teeth for only ever having seen them in Scotland, and as such paying a max of, what, fifteen quid or something in Edinburgh when I was making the pound (and a min of zero at the Botanics! Hurrah for free things!) But you know me. I'll be there in the end. Prolly dragging along some only-partially-willing boy, as usual...but THIS ONE will be legally bound to me by then, so he'll have NO CHOICE!! mouwahahahahaaaaaa!! As always, I leave the planning in David's capable hands. If we even get tickets...are they on sale yet? Are they sold out already?? DID I MISS THE RAPTURE??? And I never knew true love...(erm, don't mention that part to Grant...) My favourite song is, unsurprisingly, We Are The Sleepyheads, because I can dance my ass off to it. My least favourite song, perhaps somewhat surprisingly, is Song for Sunshine. I say surprisingly beacause I do like the chorus: "Suuuunshine! We all seeeeee the same skyyyyyy!" But I don't like the rest of the song much. It kind of annoys me. The dugga dugga dugga keyboards...reminiscent of a crappy porn soundtrack, no? Besides, soooooooomething has to come last. A pretty strong record, in my opinion, even tho Tigermilk will always be my comfort food, Belles-wise. But we all have our personal failings, and this is mine. marisa --- David Hewitt <dhewitt@gmail.com> wrote:
Erm, so... is nobody else keen on the idea of a Melbourne picnic, or did this simply not get through to the list? The archive's busted, so I can't check. Apologies if you receive this twice.
Bulk love, -David (Vanilla Flavoured)
