Dear chums Looper in Edinburgh report... Best bit was the song which had photos of Karn on the televisions. I think it was particularly sweet to do this, in this cynical age. William HAgue would be proud. Worst bit was not seeing the little silver StuartD, spinning around on a turntable, a highlight of the previous gig. Avalanche was packed, and even tho we looked for sinisterines with upside-down badges, there were too many to inspect individually. We wandered up to Deacon Brodies, but as the most likely candidates for a meet-up were six big fat blokes in matching ties and beards, we went for a Chinese. Sorry if we missed anybody... I too am particularly fond of The Gentle Waves pages, with Isabelle in Lara from Dr Zhivago get-up. I am disapointed that she didn't include wearing cowboy hats and farting in bed as some of the things she likes, as well as the inclusion of the Delta of Venus by Anais Nin, but that is only because it is crap.
