Just found out that the part Michael Hutchence sings in Perfect Day is "You just keep me hanging on".
Spooky.
Actually, I was informed by a British pal of mine that it's not actually Michael Hutchence, that really it's Evan Dando. Which reminds me of that thread a while back about run-ins with famous people. Well, I interviewed Evan Dando once, though it wasn't much of an interview since I was only 15 and he wasn't talkative on account of whatever substance he was on. The event did make for a lovely photo, though, which is now hanging in its glossy 8x10 glory on my wall. And here's some B&S content: 1) Can anyone decipher the lyrics at the beginning of "Slow Grafitti"? I even searched the archives (cheers, Paul!) but couldn't find them anywhere. I love the bit about "...and gaze for hours on the muscle, skin and bone of some imaginary friend..." but I can't figure out the rest of the words to put it in any sort of context. 2) One more time, for the benefit of new listees/anyone who was too shy to ask before: I am willing to make copies of Tigermilk for stateside listees. Get your copy just in time for the holidays. Email me privately if you're interested.
