It's at The Phoenix, 37 Cavendish Square, London W1, just a few minutes walk from Oxford Circus tube station. Excitingly, you can get a bus all the way from the Albert Hall to Oxford Circus, which seems like the appropriate thing to do. It's the number 10 and it goes from bus stop RL.
