Hi, this is my first mail as I haven't been on for long.* I have been worrying about an important problem for a while now and wondered if anyone could come up with a satisfactory solution. Is it insulting to describe someone with freckles as "befreckled"? Things with speckles on them are known as bespeckled so surely no one could take offence. I was also wondering what the word "goosing" meant. On the Sinister home page sending unsubscribe messages to the list itself is said to be a sin on about the same level as "goosing the Queen Mother". Clicking on the link on the word just brings up an (admittedly very charming) picture of a toy goose. Bye. *Not strictly true, this is my first mail, but I've been a member for ages, I just haven't got around to writing in until my difficulties with the above problems became unbearable. PS Did anyone know the fasinating fact that there are no words at all in the English language which rhyme with "orange". ------------------------------------------------------------ GoHip!
