Hey everyone I am so happy that I knew I had to write and express my joy. The new Elliott Smith album came out today and it is sooooo wonderful. If you like Belle and Sebastian, I am sure that you would like Elliott as well. Figure 8 is the name of the cd and I urge you all to run out and buy it as soon as possible. I am extra happy because the Virgin Megastore in the city is having him perform at an instore concert. It should be great and I am hoping to get his autograph and stuff. If anyone lives in New York and likes Elliott Smith, buy the record at the Union Square Virgin Megastore to get your pass to the concert. I usually don't like to support the big corporations, but this is an exception for me. On another note (a bad one) I've discovered that my stupid college (NYU) has overbooked the housing for next fall, and as of now I have no idea where I am going to live next year. I am majorly pissed off at the NYU bureaucracy crap in general, but this really makes me mad. How are they going to fit all of their students if they overbook the housing by 600 people apiece. It's ridiculous, but you can't really do anything about it. *B&S content, I listened to ...Arab Strap and Elliott's Figure 8 to make me feel better about this silly housing business.
