busy at work and got behind reading the digests. have just caught up after reading about 10 a day for the last 3 days so... village idea was nice at first but have none of you people been watching shipwrecked? there they took 16 people and stranded them on a desert island for 10 weeks and only 7 of them made it through to the end. it was lord of the flies all over again. actually, bowlie last year was nice, the way there were always 20 or so of us in the bar at any given time and, in fact, the way the whole holiday camp was full of popkids who we spent ages studiously ignoring. but, as people have pointed out, a village full of record shops and brothels isn't going to work. btw, wouldn't it be a better idea to have two netball teams? that way they have someone to play against 8) oh, the only big b&s related news of the last month was stu d leaving to spend more time with his family. yeah mr david, i can see why you'd need to quit the band, those long, gruelling tours and hectic promotional duties for the seeming constant release schedule are bound to eat into your time...
