I too thought the same thing about the jeepster discussion list. I have to admit that I subbed to it to see what it was like. In the introduction notice it says that any discussion not related to the band will not be tolerated. It's not trying to take the place of sinister, but I do think it will be really good for those who don't have the time to read through hundreds of posts that have nothing to do with the band. emily
