Hi. After having a small discussion with one Erica MacArthur on the #sinister IRC thing, I have decided, with no flourishing trumpets, to return to the list. Okay, so a couple of you don't like me. One of you seems to like mailing me abusive e-mails from random addresses. So, if that's you, don't hide. Come out and reveal yourself to my face, then we can talk. It's been rather an interesting time in the land of Twee lately. I've heard the word mentioned so many times in the last week that it's becoming surreal <grin> Interesting vocal mistakes too: (1) Friend, referring to Air song, in the middle of crowded store: "I love Sexy Boy!" (2) Same friend, later that week, another store: "I just think Velvet Pants is great!!!" (Propellerheads song, I think) (3) Same friend, after being laughed at : "I wish people would stop listening to me!!! Fuck!" <grin> Muse rocked like mad fuckers at King Tut's in Glasgow. My friend Daniel said: "They make Feeder look like that Belle & Sebastian mob." (this is my meagre B&S content) I'm desperately trying to gather enough money to see GYBE! next month at the Garage in Glasgow. Does anyone know if there's many tickets left? Beck and Primal Scream are also fast approaching, so maybe see a few of you there :) I hear there's going to be a festival in Glasgow in August. Oasis headlining. How great <sarcasm> cos they are just *the* best band ever! <end sarcasm> I see that Daniel Ryder (from the RHML) is now here. Glad you took my advice, Dan. Watch your girlfriends around this man, chaps.
