Peter Miller 25 (Unlucky , but at least you bet the duke.) I always suspected my pop knowledge was greater than the Duke's, and now it's official. From now on kids, listen to me. I'll tell you what's what in the world of pop. Rodney wrote: 7. So who's going to be the first to post their 10 biggest wanks? Thou mewling, reeling-rip codpiece, Rod. Whilst you and some of your young chums might be able to rustle up ten big wanks in two shakes of a baa-lamb's tail, us elderly gents will never manage it in time. We'll just be starting work on big wank number nine when the new album comes out, which will no doubt contain even fouler, more depraved suggestions. Katrina wrote: i've heard that a couple of band members were continually visiting the loos before the gig, as they've never played anything of that size before. What a pair of mammering, horn-mad pumpions! Adrian Evans wrote: Alternatively just send them to Disco Sister Miller who will generously donate them to his favourite girl guides troop as a tent. Thou wenching, boil-brained hedge-pig, Adrian. And it wasn't me that took a shine to your Kate. Nor was it me shouting at the McDonald's security cameras. I know that's what you were implying, you roguish, clapper-clawed pantaloon, but it won't wash. Nice to have you back. Good holiday? Pray silence for Keith Watson: Oh and Peter, it's probably not work the money for the UNKLE album, it's not really that great, it isn't as good as DJ Shadow on the whole. The only DJ Shadow track I've heard is "Midnight at the Lost and Found" on a compilation, which is nice musically, but I find his philosophising somewhat uninspiring. My interest in UNKLE stems from two smashing remixes, of Can and The Jon Spencer Bloooooooes Explosion, which consist mainly of turning the drums up to eleven, something of which I wholeheartedly approve. On one of my regular quests for something N!E!W! and exciting to listen to, I saw the albums by Hefner and Lambchop. I see the latter contains a cover version of one of my favourite seduction epics, "Give Me Your Love" by Curtis Mayfield. Oh, and Stuart wasn't whispering "that was gorgeous" after Isobel's rendition of "Is It Wicked Not to Care", he was whispering "hoist yer drawers up!", a timely warning after spotting a bit of bloomer lace protuding from beneath her skirt, at the back.
