Hi Popkids. I went to see 'There's Something About Mary' last night. Mainly cos I'm a red-blooded, real-man kind of guy and I wanted to see that Cameron Diaz get her kit off and the red hot sex. If that's your bag, you should see it. It's good. If you're a bit of a fey indie bed-wetter and soul-wrenchingly beautiful pop tunes are you're turn-on, then you should go and see it too. Jonathan Richman pops up throughout the film 'performs' some of his crushingly observant, arch "vignettes" about life and love itself. It's great. You'll get out of your bedroom, get a bit of air and maybe even get to see some girlies. The rest of the audience will probably take the piss and laugh at JoJo. If you feel the need to 'have stern words' with them. I'd advise against it. They get out more often and are probably tougher than you. I was going to have words with some people myself. But I was busy with, er, other things. Ever helpfully, Love...John +----------------------------------------------------------------------+ +---+ Brought to you by the Sinister mailing list +---+ To send to the list please mail "sinister@majordomo.net".
