Dear sinistahs Hope this finds you all in fine fettle. Im in the finest of fettles that could be and there is a very sound and fine reason for this fine state of fettleness that I have found myself in. You see I am now on my third day of work experience at the crawford art gallery here in Cork. I tell you it is the easiest of jobs and I cant believe that people get paid for doing that. I can waltz in there at 1030 drink as much tea coffee or hot chocolate as I wish and then begin work with the other loafers at quarter past eleven. Work generally consists of moving boxes and paintings from one place to another and generally back again. This afternoon after seeing various artists I was put minding the Contemporary Gallery, which consisted of me, reading for two and a half hours and every so often ogling the French students that were wondering around. I finished Sophies World today whilst minding the gallery and man alive was that a good book. I heard it once described as a childrens book. I couldnt see how a child (apart from the manchild that I am growing into as each day passes) could make an ounce of sense from that book. (Perhaps it is just Irish kids). I came out of that book educated and trying to figure out whether I was in a book or not am I just the figment of someone on sinisters imagination it that someone making me write this very sentence now honeys brain perhaps. Okay I believe it is content time. Who are they are they really here. Well they are rather smashing and I would love to have bumped into Isobel in the toilets, her first question no doubt would be why are you in the ladies and my first answer would probably be a drunken mistake (both the reason and the response), the set sounded quite spiffing with legal man live catching my eye.
