I reply: The problem with this is that an LP is so incredibly different in concept to a single. They aren't just "collections of songs". Tigermilk flows brilliantly from song to song and each has it's place and order (that's one reason I find it to be such an incredible album). Singles are sort of the same but I guess less so (a sides can kind of be different to b sides). But still, when a band makes a release, I'm sure they agonize over what songs to put on and where.
