oh, and i can think of a few records without name or title on the cover - snowball by the field mice (plain pink 10"), that flying saucer attack / jessamine split single (fish), er, i'm sure there are more.
sorry mate
my Snowball (which I got in 1988 or whenever it came out) has the band name and title on it..
it does have apink cover, the letters are white
well i don't wanna start a fight, but actually andy is right... the FRONT of Snowball is just plain pink. It's the back that has the writing on. There was a rather nice t-shirt at the time though (not officially catalogued, but sold by Sarah at shows alongside the 'leaf' design) that was a purple square with 'the field mice' in black in a corner. Not much to do with B&S of course, except that... um, someone once thought a B&S record sounded not unlike the field mice. Anyone?? How sad am i? I even thought about going through all my singles and noting all the ones with no band or title on the front... Then i glanced at the shelves and thought better of it :-) grooving to '1969'. the duke -- Tangents On-Line http://www.virtual-pc.com/tangent/ Tangents On-Paper: PO Box 102, Exeter, EX2 4YL, UK tangent@mail.zynet.co.uk ----------------------------------------------------------------------- .
