Hello! My subject just simply means 'Paper Boat' in Spanish, that's the explanation for novices (in Spanish, obviously). Joan Manuel Serrat, the Catalan singer who wrote La la la, the song which won Eurovision Contest being sung by Massiel, the lass in the yeye ,white thing, and who was banned from it because he wanted to sing it in Catalan,...etc, also has a song titled 'Barquito de Papel' , a sort of lovely, melancholic chronicle about losing and missing childhood. When I first listened to 'Paper Boat' , I thought it was a cover of some 60's or 70's song, maybe because that naive, folky and optimistic tune it has.But I am sure it is strangely taking after some old song. Can anyone suggest me something? I am so bad at that, recognizing melodies and giving the proper name to them, as I noticed yesterday watching 'University Challenge'... I am already 25 , dear Mark. And I have no wrinkles, no white hair and no cellulite so far. (crossing my fingers) But yes, I think 21,22,23...they are one of the best possible ages in life (the other best period being between 8 and 11, in my own existence!)
