Hi I am from Sweden and I guarantee you that "filmjölk" (not "fil mjolk) is worth trying. It's quite sour but with very fresh taste. Me myself, I enjoy a bowl of it every morning before school. I have never tasted "kräftost" but "mjukost" is great on a sandwich.
