The Guardian has drawn itself into the whole Stuart David - Does He or Doesn't He? debate with today's review of Peacock Johnson's Glasgow performance, ending as follows: "When it is time for questions from the crowd, you just know they're not going to ask earnestly what inspires him as a writer, or when he first put pen to paper. A brave boy asks: 'Is it true that Stuart David smells of wee?' and the crowd erupts. Peacock Johnson, though, doesn't smile." The review is a detailed account of the entire performance (or "postmodern tomfoolery") and The Guardian gives it 4 out of 5 stars. Does anyone know if they've reviewed the book itself yet, and if that fared as well?
