hello virgin have a sale on. i went into town intending to buy useful things, like stamps, but i came back with more bloody cds that i dont particulary want. so now i have a cd by the incredible string band. they were on some mentalist shit, for sure. like an aesthetic menage a trois involving gorky's, monty python and the cast of the wicker man. and a stoat. the cover has children on it dressed like contestants for a 'who can look like a madnut druid and wear the best poncho' competition at a village fete. but they werent on such mentalist shit as freedesign blatantly were. beyond psychedelia, they were. its easy to be drug addled and sing about minotaurs horns, but to sing about forget-me-nots and sesame street? that shows proper skeelz. i wonder what theyre doing now. farming little baby puppies, and selling them to lovely kind caring people, for no money at all, just for the sheer pleasure of watching baby animals grow furry. or theyre trapped in a basement somewhere being forced to watch 'police, camera, action' with the sound off. i saw something once on 'youve been framed'. it was a cat on a spinny office chair being spun round and round until its eyes went all spinny too and it fell off the chair. thats cruel, i thought. but 'youve been framed' is an essentially cruel program. its because jeremy beadle is so bitter. i know hes deformed, but theres no need to keep showing people from 1991 falling into wedding cakes. i tried to buy some socks today. i swear theres no socks in oxford that are not brown, navy or black. if i want socks like that i steal them from my brother. if i have to buy them i want them to be exciting, orange, maybe or something equally exotic. like pink. littlewoods (sorry, thats far too relevent) is depressing, isnt it? i got in there and couldnt find the socks at all. then when i did i despaired and had to leave in fear of being overwhelmed by the beigeness of it all. im moving to london soon. i need a job and a house, if anyone has any spare ones about their person. means ill be leaving the list and therefore changing it not one bit seeing as i never post. if anyone caught a cold recently, that was my fault and im sorry, but im suffering too... love lixi Go and see Droolz at - http://www.droolz.ukf.net/ It's more fun than skinnydipping with nuns +----------------------------------------------------------------------+ +---+ Brought to you by the reborn Sinister mailing list +---+ To send to the list mail "sinister@majordomo.net".
