Hullo, Two posts in as many days makes Voddy a dull girl. But I sort of felt that I owed a more floaty and light mail after my minor outburst yesterday. I don't think my mum has ever heard of Belle and Sebastian; she gave up with me and my music after 'Voddy: The Home Years' where the poor old dear was forced to wander into my room with air freshner and candles. It was the only light I would allow in my little gothic heaven. After I recovered from that, she became further infuriated when, upon giving me a lift into town in order for me to indulge in a little under-age drinking, I would insist on ramming a Teardrop Explodes tape into her car stereo. To this day she asks of the song which is 'Sunspots' 'Do you still listen to that neeeeeeeeeyaaaaaah song?' Why have all of the Peanuts characters suddenly been sectioned off as gay? I mean I know that Peppermint Patty and Marcie's friendship was close, but I think it was more of a Master and Slave thing. ListDom Lisa would appreciate what I am saying. I liked Linus, personally, he was a very sensitive kind of guy but capable of going a bit haywire if his blankie was taken away. Talking of teevee (and not 'Teachers', the trailer for which disappointed me somewhat due to the midi version of TBWTAS) did anyone drag themselves from their pits early enough on Sunday to watch 'As If'? I was really quite impressed, and didn't even mind that my usual dire psuedo-teenaged whims were left unsatisfied after they moved 'Dawsons Creek' to a Saturday.
