Goodies being sold include Stuart Murdoch's hat (think "Dog on Wheels" video - also check out the photo!!), Lord Anthony demo sessions from 1998 (would ye credit it?! as Paw Broon might say), rare posters and other cd and vinyl promos and stuff!! Many include a lovely signed certificate from the lovelier still Mr Murdoch.
I hope you don't mind this wee advertisement! Remember all proceeds go to Oxfam - you will know that in light of the current situation funds are desperately needed, so please bid generously.
Also, if you're a local - why not pop into our shop for a look? We just got a whole load of indie 7"s (literally boxfulls!)...for example Boyracer/Comet Gain/Belly/stuff on SubPop/4AD/KRS/K Records etc. I'm sure you'd love it.
Finally, this month's Superfly at the Woodside Social Club is being held in aid of, and in association with, Oxfam Music. There's talk of holding a vinyl auction or something fun like that. You should come along and see us shake our respective booties. Saturday 16th January, 10pm-2am.
