I don't know about god, but what i've seen isn't pretty. It's nasty to watch, and being from the UK it's a sheltered life (a 100mph hurricane once in a dozen blue moons). Yuck. I was in the city July 18-20th, and was amazed at how nice the population of a city can be. Super polite, even to people in my family who are extravagantly *english* tourists. always a "how you doing" and a smile. Excellent. Now i see this, Canal st. literally a canal, and think of the rats (there were a few). It must be awful down there. I hope any sinister people in the area and those with relatives are all safe and well. I know this wasnt a 15 minute email, nor does it have much list content, but this is pretty much the most gutwrenching thing i've seen in nearly 4 years. and i guess it hit me having been there less than 6 weeks ago. Best wishes, Niko xox __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
