Ladies and gentlemen, follow this advice, Mr Wells has a big enough ego as it is and that article really does seem to have been calculated to annoy, and do we care that B+S aren't Primal Scream? Its not as if we didn't already know... And in any case isn't it a bit odd that something as inherently capitalistic as P!O!P! [it is, be fair], that relies to a greater or lesser extent on the continued existence of the consumer society, suddenly wants to develop a strand commited to destroying its lifeblood i.e. the wonders of 'revolutionary' anarchism, please, please leave that to the Sociaist workers party.
So Steven Wells slagged off B&S and their fans (us, that is)? A word of advice and knowledge to you all, who think of writing an angry letter to NME: Don't do it, kids.
