Well, considering everyone in the crowd (you could hear a pin drop) knows every nuance of every song and wanted to hear them all, and this was the first gig of the tour, jetlag etc., they were great. they only played for about an hour so there were a lot of songs I would like to have heard, but... wanted more. when staurt played the piano, or toy keyboard, he disappeared from site, a bit disappointing when he sang the "hand over my mouth, hand over the window" song, and we couldn't see him. he mentioned since they were in Boston they should do a 15 minute version of Roadrunner (Jonathan Richman), and then did the first part of Boston's "More Than a Feeling." smashing stuff. Something seemed to have upset the woman who sings backup, did someone in the crowd say something nasty to her? Might explain why they did not do an encore, she was bummed. All in all, they were great and Stuart was very impressive, as was the whole band. +----------------------------------------------------------------------+ +---+ Brought to you by the Sinister mailing list +---+ To send to the list please mail "sinister@majordomo.net".
