<color><param>0100,0100,0100</param>Hey people The bars of the nursery have been prised apart for me, and I have to admit to being a little nervous about my first mail to sinister. <italic>Its like my first day of school all over again. I hope I dont vomit in dinner school again. </italic>Perhaps a brief introduction would suffice, followed by my one and only B&S dream to date. I am studying English Literature and Philosophy at Glasgow University, after three years of nothingness and working in John Menzies when I left school. They were bleak days, but Menzies did introduce me to the musical bliss that is Belle and Sebastian, for I picked up a copy of If You're Feeling Sinister in the christmas sale for six pounds. Thank you for that John. <italic>Tell them about the dream and then depart, goddammit! </italic>The aforementioned B&S dream I had involved a game of two-a-side football, in the concrete football pitch of a Glasgow housing scheme. In my team was the lovely Isobel, and we were facing the might of Sinead O'Connor and one of the bints from S Club 7, who were playing under the name of Sporting Lesbian. Sinead kept hacking Isobel for the entire match, then I woke up. I will leave you with a poem by one-day poet laureate John Hegley called Dog Love Poem: I saw you in the park I wanted to be your friend So I tunnelled my snout up your non-barking end.
