Sinister: digging myself deeper in?
so i think everyone misunderstood what i was trying to say about the nick drake documentary, judging by the response. i know it wasnt very clear, but i am a Bear of Very Little Brain, and long words Bother me. so, try again: i know that you dont have to be well off to appreciate the music. id just rather listen to the records than watch a load of posh people talking about how his skin was see through. basically what i meant was that while the beauty of the music transcends all boundaries the documentary... didnt. im sure someone must agree who can explain it better. but surely whoever said you dont have to be sensitive to appreciate belle and sebastian is wrong. otherwise, what was i taking those beatings for? i thought the smiths documentary was much better, just for the bits where johnny marr was being tactful about morrisey. sorry for any offence i may have accidentaly caused nick drake purists, from tjohn. "and do you think its possible to be sensitive and strong? hmm... we are." bmx bandits- golden teardrops +----------------------------------------------------------------------+ +---+ Brought to you by the Sinister mailing list +---+ To send to the list please mail "sinister@majordomo.net".
