the lost controller ----------------------------------- every time i go to change the channel the remote goes and hides it slips away before the ad-break leaving me high and dry. i ought to take its batteries and give them to the hippo clock but then id be stuck on channel one staring gormlessly like a shmuck. always i do find it down with the crisps and dirt loose change and torn off nails down to where the neverworld begins spiders webs and baby snails down to were no light can reach and its closer than you'd guess lying down the side of the sofa having a little rest. -------------------------------- .j 0n ----------------------------------------------------------------------- .
