Subject: weighing in on the boston show
Man, what a great show. It was so nice to be able to sit and be comfortable and not gag on smoke and be able to HEAR and UNDERSTAND the lyrics to all the songs for a change. I was so glad they weren't at
Middle East. Anyway, it was the best show I've seen since, um, well since Monday night actually (Cordelia's Dad @ the Iron Horse in Northampton).
I thought it was quite soothing to see him forget
the the
chords. The kind of thing where I thought "that's what I'd do!" Perhaps there's hope for me yet.
Does anyone know what the instrument Sarah was playing was? The one that looked like a melodica with an oxygen tube attached to it?
Does anyone know the girl who got up and danced during "Judy and the Dream of Horses"? She was cool.
I've just realized how boring this sounds. Sorry-- I just got up. The last I'll say is that I thought containe were pretty good, especially when they rocked out a bit more. I liked them better than versus, I think. The second song they played (I think), "shy song" (the one dedicated to B&S) was great. And that singer... hoo boy.

ps- does anyone else ever suffer from post-show malaise? also, has anyone ever actually met someone at a show?
