To all those NYCers planning on coming to tomorrow's picnic, Small addendum: For those who enjoy a bit of walking and/or just don't feel like transferring modes of transportation, you can also just take the A train to 190th Street, exit station by elevator, and walk north along Margaret Corbin Drive for approximately ten minutes. That's how I got to the Cloisters last month. It's a very nice walk through a park and you can't really get lost, as there are tons of signs pointing to the cloisters along the way. [if anyone has better subway directions please post, because i live near there and tend to take the bus.]

you get off the bus at a little circular drive kind of thing at the entrance to the park. mail me or ana (anamorais74@earthlink.net) off-list for our mobile numbers in case you get lost. let's meet at the entrance at 2pm, shall we? bring whatever you think a picnic needs, but i highly advise disguising yr booze sopranos-style rather than just hauling out yr pint-bottles of cheap WODKA.
