Why yes we should have! Wallyford would be a wonderful place to have a picnic and I just don't know why nobody's thought of it before. We could have it amongst the ruins of the greyhound track and take deep, satisfying breaths of the heartening aroma of the Barbeuchleugh tip. It would be so much fun! And I'm sure the local youths would be only too happy to join in our merry gathering. If we stay until nightfall we may even be treated to one of the numerous fire festivals held in this quaint little town throughout the summer months. Afterwards we could pop into the Fa'side Inn, which I'm told rivals even the Saracens Heid for warmth of welcome and jovial atmosphere. So that's it - I'm organising a Wallyford picnic: this Saturday, meet you in the Miners Club. Be there or, um, value your safety... The perceptive Robster Brennan noted:

He's right, damn him! The secret's out! Cause it wasn't a picnic at all and it wasn't even in North Berwick. It was, in fact, a conference of the Time Lords (not the KLF) on Gallifrey. Someone thought that a Sinister picnic in North Berwick would be a good cover, but Rob's seen right through that. Feck. Actually, seconds after that photo was taken a troop of cybermen poured down over the rocks, setting our little hearts (both of them) a-beating. Thankfully the daleks who were coming from the other side got stuck in the sand and seaweed (poorly designed these daleks) which allowed an escape to the various parked Tardises (Tardises? Tardis'?
