Well, I've finally found the Sinister list (page) again after a rather X-Files like disappearance without a trace from the usual phedacky site. Thanks to Honey for answering my desperate cry for help on the indiepop list.
I had a nice business trip up to Boston a couple of weeks ago where I saw _Rushmore_ (totally classic, reminded me immensely of _Harold and Maude_ but not quite as sad, but still very life-affirming) and attended pretty lame "mod" night, which was actually way more Britpop. Which is fine, but durnit, if you're gonna call it a mod night play more '60s stuff Mr./Ms. DJ! Oh well, they did play the original "Tainted Love" which was great.
Also whilst in Boston I bought two Felt CDs that they had at the HMV at Harvard/Brattley Square..._Forever Breathes The Lonely Word_ and _The Strange Idols Pattern/Ignite The Seven Cannons_. They are amazing. Get them, if you want some Felt. Now I just have to find _Poem of the River_...
Nice to see Pam on the list again, though I wasn't on it when she was first around. Hi Pam, say hi to Powell for me!
All right then. I was feeling a little out of whack for a while there, but now that I got my Sinister archives (with a lovely lavender background...I like what you've done with the place Honey!) I can go back to being really, *really* unproductive at work.
