Sinister: taoism makes me wanna dance
sinistereens, i don't think the supposed hum-drumness of molly ringwald is really the issue, at least not with the breakfast club. much more important is the ruining of ally sheedy's charachter at the end of the movie with her molly inspired makeover. and even sader is the fate of poor anthony michael hall who must know that ally will now be the most popular girl in school but he will forever remain an outcast cause you just can't make over boys. that said i've never seen pretty in pink or some kind of wonderful, problems which i hope to make up for soon. on a much more picnic related note i would be happy to arrange the san francisco event if all the san francisco listees would email me and tell me who they are. although as i recall there was some thought of a meetup with the la people as well. and if the washington/oregon picnic is still happening someone could tell me about that too. ;-) speaking of people who aren't nice to the elderly am i the only one who noticed that this "ken chu" just doesn't live up to his former namesake? arik this post brought to you by the letter w and the number 23. +-------------------------------------------------------------------------+ +---+ Brought to you by the Sinister mailing list +---+ To send to the list mail sinister@missprint.org.
