Sinister: am I strange for not having any reservations about liking Momus?
'ello, There has been mention of Momus awhile back on the list, and after downloading a few of their mp3's (mistaken memories, chastity belt, old friend/newflame) I am incredibly interested in other stuff by them. I went to order one of their albums and it seems they have quite a few releases...any recommendations? I tried the sinister archives, and it is a sea of confusion. I just couldn't find any recommendations, only talk of the lead singer's lovely pervertedness....well then, any help would be appreciated. I hope everyone is doing great... Justin P.S. I really like the part in "Chastity Belt" where he sings "I would turn to sugar crumble, I would gaze and sigh and mumble, like an idiot with a head full of flowers"...wow, good stuff. Btw, does "Momus" stand for or mean anything? Hello! To be honest though i've heard that not everyone on the list likes MOMUS i'm quite a fan. In fact i was a momus fan before i was a belle and sebastian fan.
