It's called a mondegreen (though I'm not sure of the spelling). One of the most famous examples being the Creedence Clearwater Revival line "There's a bathroom on the right"

There's actually a word meaning "misheard lyrics" that I learned about due to a similar thread on the Trash Can Sinatras list. Unfortunately, it eludes me right now. If you know Trash Can Sinatras, you know why it showed up there.

Anyways. I think my favorite one is from the end of the Smith's "Frankly, Mr. Shankly". I've always been rather convinced that the last line of the song is "oh give us money", or maybe even "oh give us your money", but on of the two. I have a friend who to this day SWEARS that he's saying "oh Yiddish Mummies."

I like this game.
