my sister took a bus from philly to NY and it was 5 hours late! (this is a two hour drive we're talking about)... the reason was the bus driver was a substitute who didn't know the route and got lost - really lost. he was driving around in circles. when jess da mess (my sister) and others on the bus tried to give the driver directions, he yelled at them. then when he FINALLY agreed to stop and ask directions, he locked all the people in the bus!!
