Sinister: re:century of fakers
What do people think of them imminently becoming mainstream? This >question has brought infinite internal conflict to myself
I know what you mean Matt, I don't think I could handle B&S becoming mainstream. What would be worse was if Chr*s Ev*ns has them on his show when the next EP is released. We all know he would then claim to have discovered them and popularised the band when we all know any success would be down to the exceptional songs and not some arrogant jumped-up failed DJ whose TV show has almost played as many crap songs as Atlantic 252. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- . I wouldn't even care. Somehow this past year or so I have managed to get totally beyond this. I love B&S because of the way, in a musical wasteland, they found me! (Maybe some thanks are due to this list too). I'm not too bothered who they keep company with, whose show they appear on etc. As long as the wonderful songs keep coming, I'm there....if they stop - well, I suppose I can be terribly fickle - but hey! That's popmusic (isn't it?). ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Visit the TRAUMATONE/Great Northern Electrics/Bacchanalian Revel homepage: http://www.geocities.com/~greatnorthern/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------------------------------------------------------------- .
