Sinister: tune it/imperfection/etc.
i don't think the imperfect bits are by design. if they were, even through their "imperfection", then they'd somehow be "perfect", because it'd be planned. i heard once, though, that in japanese culture things are made with an intentional "mistake" so as to NOT be perfect.i also read a beck article once, where he said something to the effect of "the best parts are when you hear some guy in the back go 'hey, the burritos are here'"..however, i do think a lot of work is put into b and s's songs, seeing how long they said they took making TWATTYBUS...at the same time, they make lots of records, somewhat quickly...and somehow, i guess, maintain a balance between perfection/imperfection... ari +----------------------------------------------------------------------+ +---+ Brought to you by the reborn Sinister mailing list +---+ To send to the list mail "sinister@majordomo.net".
