the someone who said the line from wicked was embarrassing to them, i guess a lot of them like the song, i like it, i dont' finnd the line bad in terms ofthe rest of the song, were it poetry(literary) i would quibble, but in songs you allow for things like that, or i do, because i'm a big cheesehead and i like songs with pretty girl singing and nice twee slacker sensibilities and ppleasant violin lines. i think the song has a good clear concept going and the style suits it's subject and emotion, and i feel the emotion all too well myself.
