indeed i can. "Iron Chefs" is not your ordinary cooking instruction show, it's actually a cooking competition, where there are 3 chefs who are always on it, who are calle dthe "Iron Chefs" (for americans, it's kinda like the whole American Gladiators premise, but not so crappy) Anyway, a challenger chef comes on, and challenges one of the Iron Chefs. then the "secret ingredient" is revealed, for example it could be "eel". Then the Chefs have an hour to make a full meal where each item in the meal has to contain the secret ingredient. Whils they are racing around cooking, there are announcers excitedly giving the play-by-play, and they sometimes even have slo-motion instant replays when something exciting happens like a bunch of fire whooshes up or something. at the end they have a taste test to decide who wins. It's all very dramatic. Also the M.C. of the show is awesome, and wears the coolest Liberace-style flamboyant outfits. I highly recommend watching it, if you have any Asian cable channels where you live.
