the autechre and sterolab ones are my favourites. well err, i know one of the was stereolab, and another sounded mighty like autechre. Grabbing the young hip folkster it would seem is their goal, but i've yet to see someone under 40 driving one. Strange, that? Who knows. I agree..I love all the Volkswagen ads though..they are just so cool and so polished compared to the 'Like a ROCK..Ohhhh LIKE A ROCK'. I want the music from all the spots..especially that Cargo G song Ben Neill.I have no idea who that is,but I just found out from the website.Their commerical with the car in the Ice Hotel makes me squeal and sigh.Oh,how I long to go to the Ice Hotel! Again..I saw a list a top 50 things to do for New Years (deja vu from last year) and the Ice Hotel was number 19. My birthday is on the 19th. It should happen.

Well,according to the december issue of Cosmo: "Beck:Midnite Vultures Believe it or not,Beck has dumped his geekiness and is here to sex you up.Midnite Vultures is full of slinky grooves and nasty talk."Peaches and Cream" does a salacious bump 'n' grind,and "Debra" is a glimpse into Beck's dirty mind." I'm curious about it too.I still have trouble with Beck because he brings back horrible grade 7 images of spotty,greasy boys singing 'I'm a loser baby...' But the slinky grooves sounds good.Bear in mind this is the magazine that also says,on the same page,that "Fly,by the Dixie Chicks is a barnfull of hell-raising honky-tonk" I've never read Maxim but my friend says it's a funny magazine even though it is for boys.
