I thought I'd take this time to ask who the American rep is that I need to nag, er..., ask nicely for a tape. ... We also need to know what's required to get a tape (a funny joke? a money order? a blank tape?) So say it once, and then they will have something to look up in the archives. SO, whoever my American angel is, please make yourself known, and I will get started on my end of the bargain.
