RE: Sinister: the 80's TV show was...
And as for other shows... Degrassi High (with the geek kid whop looks like Ross off of Friends) The Red Hand Gang (always with choppers)
degrassi! oh yes, how i love degrassi. we have nights where we'll think of the most obscure degrassi trivia ever to stump each other. but someone always seems to get it, that's how erudite we all are in degrassiness. the geek kid- joey jeremiah? he always wears a hip little fedora? we all had big crushes on him...sigh. what about the zit remedy and their great little song. man, i'm getting all itchy with the memories. okay, so clearly i'm showing excessive canadianness here. but we always need a little cancon, don't we? okay, that's enough. xoxo, Le'Nise. +----------------------------------------------------------------------+ +---+ Brought to you by the undead Sinister mailing list +---+ To send to the list mail sinister@missprint.org. Apologies for following a train of Degrassi, but my most favouritest quotation from any show does, indeed, come from Degrassi High. Here goes: [i forget names but 2 girls are standing in the bathroom between classes talking about "the dance"] girl a: "girl b, have you, like, have you ever asked a boy out?" girl b: "sure, lots of times" girl a: "really, and they don't laugh or anything?" girl b: "Of course not, girl a, after all, this IS the EIGHTIES!" HAR HAR AHRHARHRHR sorry, i just had to share. ps. does anyone have the new godspeed album? i am coveting it entirely but the only close to decent record store in this town won't get it until the end of the month. if i went back home i'm sure i could get it cheap, but oh, the anticipation! I've put my silver mt. zion disc through hell and back because i don't want to jinx the new record by listening to old godspeed, so maybe i'm just cheating a little. bye now take care Marybeth pps sorry i can't formulate coherent sentences....apparently arts is not, in fact, the faculty for me +----------------------------------------------------------------------+ +---+ Brought to you by the undead Sinister mailing list +---+ To send to the list mail sinister@missprint.org.
