Sinister: Why does no-one talk about 2 Live Kazoo on this list?
or, more to the point, why does no-one talk about Belle and Sebastian on this list? (which will probably get me attacked once again by assorted scousers to who i can only say: 'hey, hey, calm down...') talking of belle and sebastian, there were several articles in the press this weekend, largely reviews of the two off shoot albums. the Observer compared the two and came out in favour of the Gentle Waves album (which bodes really well given how good the looper one was). apparently the Gentle Waves one cost 3000 or so pounds (not quite enough according to the Observer) and the Looper one cost about 12 (the price of one DAT!). i did, of course, entirely forget to bring the papers in today so i could transcribe them for you all but i'll try and remember tomorrow. (oh, the other articles being a mini Isobel feature in NME last wednesday and a review of the Looper rough trade shop thing. there were also pieces in this month's Face which i will have to buy sometime for double page spread of the new lego star wars minifigs...) b&s cds also feature in the current virgin sale btw - i saw IYFS for a tenner over the weekend. andy who's cave is NOT hairy. so shut it. == andrew dean (koogydelbbog@yahoo.com) _________________________________________________________ DO YOU YAHOO!?
