List Lads and Lasses, I have received a couple of entries today for "Top 15 Albums of 1999" from enthusiastic contributors. Just one brief reminder that I mentioned previously: only new albums (LPs), viz., those released in 1999 in their country of origin, may be included in this list! Therefore, no compilations, reissues, e.g. "Tigermilk", EPs, etc., may be voted for in the "Top 15 Albums of 1999" list. As promised, there will be a list for the best compilations, reissues, tribute albums (although I think that most of these absolutely suck!), EPs, etc., at a later date. Just give me some time to collate your entries for the "Top 15 Albums of 1999" into a master Sinister list and enter this onto a separate web site. In addition, I'll post individual entries onto this site. If you would not like your list available for all to visualize, just let me know when submitting, and I'll respect your confidentiality.
