Hi all It seems it may be the month for horrid boy/girlfriends. And may well be my turn to have a winge - yes.... I have spoken about my poor boy before. Finally I have decided to let him go - he doesn't love me, he says his heart is cold. This I believe is a result of his ex girlfriend dying in May 2000, a couple of weeks after we started seeing each other. My suspicion is he won't let himself fall in love with me, but if he ever falls in love with someone else I will be heart broken. Another horrible suspicion is he is only attracted to me, and that's all. It is hard to believe that such a sweet boy (29yo man) could be so shallow, but it may well be true. So to sum it up: - he doesn't love me - he doesn't want to be with anyone BUT - he does care very much for me - he feels close to me - he enjoys my company So I decided to let him go, even after he and I went through quite a traumatic hospital experience together, and I needed him. I knew all these things all along, the whole damned 5 months of it, but now I know that it was the best thing to do. Please someone confirm....it'll make me feel better.
