My copy of the single shipped yesterday (CDNow ships a day before the release date), and Amazon lists the release date as today as well. Maybe the US release date is earlier than the British date? Anyway, I went by the local Best Buy and they didn't have it in stock (it took them a month to get Legal Man in last year).
