I'm writing from Boston. The program director at WXRV has agreed to add B&S to the station playlist if he gets at least 100 legitimate requests to do so. WXRV specializes in sort of cool mellow rock and plays bands like Elliott Smith, Semisonic, Barenaked Ladies, Lucinda Williams,Peter Droge, Shawn Mullins, Dada, Neil Finn. They are the coolest station in Boston and currently locked in a head to head battle against the other so-called cool station WFNX (which refuses to play B&S but has alannis morrissette in heavy rotation). Please go to the following website and fill out the on-line survey and request they add B&S to the playlist. You'll have to pretend you live in boston or they won't count it. Also, when listing music you listen to besides B&S, please make sure it fits the XRV playlist or they will ignore your request. That means no posting Marilyn Manson and Tool! Pick other mellow cool bands like aphex twin and spiritualized, for example. If you don't live in Boston, then write WFNX as the station you currently listen to when not listening to WXRV.
