all these references to the wee lil state of rhode island makes my heart swell with pride...almost :) it's quite rare that teeny rhode island's role in the grand old world of um..pop...(tee hee) gets recognized... actually, i'm talking out of my ass...none of the references so far had anything to do with such a role...wishful thinking..although we did have small factory and velvet crush and um...others (?) which brings me to my question... how exactly is belle and sebastian linked to rhode island? it was a former name of sorts, non? if so...why? how? i find this all very intriguing...and amusing... hehehe anyone who actually knows the state as i do will understand why maybe... ~darling ...hanging out in a town whose claim to fame is the highest point in rhode island (the state landfill) and its connection with the mafia...woo hoo! ----------------------------------------------------------------------- .
