Why did they write a song about Seymour Stein then eh? Did he say he'd give them a contract in exchange or something, like what Lisa Marie Presley did, allegedly. (H------S...Hipsters? Hi, Back home and my record bying agent didn't let me down - although she didn't buy a copy for herself which disapointed me a bit. I'll have to play her the EP to death until she repents of her wayward ways and has to buy a copy for herself. Anyway, how about a show of hands for our favourite track on the EP? It's early days yet, despite playing it non-stop for the last hour, but at the moment my fave is 'Le Pastie ...'. I think I'll have a quick break and let the new songs sink in for a while. Maybe my favourite will change after a quick dose of Eastenders. Take everything, JohnnyX. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- . well i did love 'fakers' for some time, and then i loved 'book' because, ooh, it sounded lovely. then when i got the entire ep i liked pastie because it's so POP, but now i like 'beautiful' best because, well it is. See, it's simple :-) the duke -- Tangents On-Line http://www.virtual-pc.com/tangent/ Tangents On-Paper: PO Box 102, Exeter, EX2 4YL, UK tangent@mail.zynet.co.uk ----------------------------------------------------------------------- . I'm glad to hear a vocal melody for Century of Fakers, but I think I like Beautiful with it's They let Lisa go Blind chorus and haunting ending. "..Pastie" gets my vote too, this morning at least. Anyone else noticed how Tony & Sarah's mum in Eastenders looks just like Frankie Howerd?
