hallo - it's nice to be back after the summer ( hey seamas, hey daragh - how YOU doin'?). b+s summer highlights - finding llpj, tijamrs and 3..6..9 on 12" vinyl after 52 million years of looking (it's true what the woman in shop said to me; b'ns fans tend DO tend to be a bit fanatical) getting the dj in the local 'indie' ('its not really but i'd like to think that it could be :) club to play 'i don't love anyone' on my birthday oh - and getting the same deejay to play b'ns stuff in the main set. usually he'd play it at the very beginning, when only five other people were there. i 'd dance on my own and look like a complete fruitcake[as usual].But now, two or three others dance too, so i only look like a semi-fruitcake ( such is life:) that's it for me for now, although - y'know when you 've got a cold and you go around with your mouth open, a la bob the evil goldfish, for days... BUT THEN the cold starts to go away and your sense of smell and taste start to come back , only really slowly, so for a day or so you go around surreptitiously smelling everything, wondering "will i be able to smell this time?" (hoping that nobody else has noticed you doing this). then sooner or later everything comes back and then you can taste and smell everything and then..... you discover that that milk you'd been drinking really was sour (you'd suspected, but you weren't sure and were too lazy to go down the shops). i dunno, you forget how nice stuff tastes sometimes..blah, blah,blah i know, i know, not B'nS content but i've been afflicted with colds lately, so to hell with it !! :P louise +----------------------------------------------------------------------+ +---+ Brought to you by the reborn Sinister mailing list +---+ To send to the list mail "sinister@majordomo.net".
